Treating depression using Hypnotherapy

Hypnotherapy can be a very beneficial therapy to try alongside other regular therapies such as psychotherapy. It can help you to become aware of where problems have started, help you to reduce and or better control feelings of anxiety, stress and sadness. If you are also dealing with unwanted behaviours that may be making the depression worse, it can help with dealing with those eg, smoking, poor eating, sleeping etc.
