What to Expect from your Session and Subsequent Sessions

The hypnotherapy session begins with an in-depth discussion where we explore your challenges, struggles, desired changes, and goals. Each session is tailored to your needs, allowing you to set the pace and direction of our conversation.

For your convenience and comfort, the majority of my sessions are conducted remotely via Zoom. This approach ensures you can relax in your own environment, wearing comfortable clothing, and eliminates the need for travel. You may choose to use headphones during the session for an enhanced experience.

Once we have gathered enough information, I will guide you into a state of deep relaxation and peace. This hypnotic state may feel like sitting or lying with your eyes closed, accompanied by a sense of heaviness, relaxation, or a meditative state.

During hypnosis, I utilize a variety of techniques tailored to your specific needs. As the session progresses, I adapt and modify my approach to provide you with the best possible experience and outcome. Towards the end of the hypnotherapy session, I will offer targeted suggestions based on our earlier discussions. As you emerge from hypnosis, you will feel a renewed sense of positivity, deep relaxation, and calmness.

While I typically conclude with a follow-up discussion, it is sometimes more beneficial to let you process the experience on your own, as you will still be in a highly suggestible state upon exiting hypnosis.

In the following days, I will create an audio recording for you to listen to regularly, reinforcing the changes you are making. I will also check in with you over the next three weeks to monitor your progress, and you are always welcome to reach out to me.

If you choose to continue working with me, it is best to schedule a follow-up session approximately 2-3 weeks later, allowing sufficient time for your mind to process and initiate change. In more complex situations, it is advisable to have 3-6 sessions to maximize the chances of success and enable close collaboration.

On average, most clients require 4-6 hypnosis sessions, with a success rate of approximately 93%. It's important to view hypnotherapy as a process rather than expecting immediate results. While I would love to offer a quick fix, it is unrealistic to undo long-established patterns in just one session.

Over multiple sessions, we can address various factors contributing to your symptoms, such as anxiety or phobias. Hypnotherapy is a collaborative process, requiring your active participation to achieve the desired changes. By committing to the process, you have a greater opportunity for transformation.
